Activederm RP
Activederm RP is a special low bulk density grade of rice starch, sourced from Italy and refined to high purity for cosmetics applications.
- Applies a matte effect, absorbs sebum, and imparts a unique silky sensorial effect on the skin.
- An ideal renewable substitute for talc, not subject to the MoCRA asbestos testing requirement.
- Natural Origin Index of 1.0 (ISO16128), bright white, odorless, hexagonal in shape and particle size of 2-8 µm.
Emulsiderm MPN
Emulsiderm MPN is a specialized liquid oil-in-water (o/w) nonionic emulsifier blend with a Natural Origin Index of 1.0 (ISO16128).
- Comprised of two functional polyglyceryl esters of fatty acids (PEFA) and sunflower-derived lecithin, delivered in mixed-chain triglycerides from coconut oil, all of which are gentle on the skin and contribute to a sophisticated sensorial experience.
- The synergy between Emulsiderm MPN and Rapidgel® EZ2 (NOI 0.81) enables the formulation of cold process oil-in-water emulsions with high renewable content.
- Free from PEG/ETO, sulfates, phthalates, PFAS, and 1,4-dioxane.
Rapidgel® EZ2
RAPIDGEL® EZ2 is an easy-to-handle, multifunctional liquid polymer formulated in a preferred medium. It stabilizes emulsions and provides exceptional sensoriality. Used with cold or hot process, during the oil phase or post addition, RAPIDGEL® EZ2 can be used in various applications including lotions and creams.
- When combined with Emulsiderm MPN, forms a robust and highly natural emulsion framework capable of stabilizing high loads of Sensoderm and Activederm emollients. This system offers exceptional sensoriality while facilitating environmentally-friendly cold processing.
- A pre-neutralized pourable liquid that disperses readily.
- Does not contain PEG, 1,4-dioxane, or benzene.
