EMULSIDERM BT25
Description:
Emulsiderm BT25 is behenyl alcohol (C22 alkyl homolog) ethoxylated with 25 moles EO, a nonionic surfactant used in oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions. With behenyl alcohol it forms stable lamellar liquid crystal structured emulsions having high internal oil phases with diverse chemistries including dimethicones and polar lipids. Forms firm ringing gels when dispersed at high concentrations and teamed with other high HLB ethoxylated surfactants.
