SYNTHALEN® CH
Description:
Synthalen CH is a benzene-free synthetic polymer (940/980 type carbomer) used in the cosmetic industry as a thickener and suspending agent. Synthalen CH dispersions are characterized by high viscosity and exceptionally high clarity. Even in formulations with high concentrations of organic solvents, such as ethanol, Synthalen CH creates gels with high clarity. Typical usage ranges between 0.1 and 1.5%, depending on the formulation type and the desired final viscosity.
