SYNTHALEN® W500
Description:
Synthalen W500 is a cost-effective anionic acrylic copolymer used in the cosmetic industry as a thickener and stabilizer. It is supplied as a low viscosity O/W emulsion. When neutralized in water, Synthalen W500 dispersions are characterized by medium viscosity. Thanks to its resistance to alkali conditions, Synthalen W500 can be used in hair styling products and in any formulation where a high pH is required. Synthalen W500 is compatible with anionic and amphoteric surfactants, making it an excellent thickener for shampoos and shower gels.
